I have grown up a sports fan, and currently live in Plano, Texas, a Dallas suburb, with my amazing wife and our dog, after living for just over two years in Louisville, Ky.
Before moving to the Bluegrass State, I spent 16 years living in North Carolina, between Charlotte, Boone (where I attended college at Appalachian State – Go Mountaineers!), Cullowhee, and Davidson. While in school, I worked in all aspects of the media world, from doing play-by-play announcing for the college radio station, to working at the local newspaper as a freelance reporter. After receiving my B.A. in Journalism from App State, I have worked in sports information at Western Carolina University and Davidson College.
